The fragrance is meant to evoke "light reflecting on water, bright Sicilian bergamot and lush dewy greens to entice the senses for an invigorating, luminous first impression. Delicate, yet alluring waterlily and soft jasmine sambac add layers of depth and intensity, warmed by sweetly inviting musk." The scent is deliciously fresh and smells like a sweet Summer breeze drifting through the air laced with bright and warm florals. It's how I remember Italian gardens lining the Mediterranean to smell just after a light afternoon rain brought the sun back full force. It's a beautiful floral that's not too sweet, with just the right amount of citrus and musk to freshen up the jasmine base which lingers on the skin hours after first spritz.
It's definitely a fragrance to put out on display with a faux semi-precious stone cap, gold accents, and thick bezel cut glass bottle. This is the way that fragrance bottles should look, classic and beautiful and a piece of decorative art in their own right. A really dreamy fragrance both inside and out...
