It's back to reality for most of us. But even harder than mentally coming back from weeks of over-drinking, eating, travel, and under-sleeping is physically getting back to normal. This roundup of products is sure to help make your skin happy again, fix dull-cracked skin, and even help prepare you mentally thanks to the relaxation-inducing properties of these products. It's time to get started - you can thank me later.

You don't need a ridiculous amount of products to bring you back from the dead, you just need the right products to quickly pull you out of that rut. For the body, nothing does the job better than a slathering of all natural oil to banish cracked, less-than-healthy looking skin. One of my favorites, the Indie Lee Patchouli Sandalwood Moisturizing Oil also happens to be organic, and gives the skin a dose of much-needed nutrients at the same time. To enhance that woody smell without drying out skin, apply some of the ultra relaxing Tata Harper Love Potion on pulse points. Don't forget to breathe deeply. Even better: slather it all over while burning one of your favorite seasonally-appropriate candles, like this one from Diptyque.

To bring back the glow, masks (and going back to healthy eating, of course) are always the ticket. My favorite for invigorating skin and adding some much-needed moisture is the luxe Fresh Creme Ancienne Ultimate Nourishing Honey Mask. It literally does for your skin what a cup of tea does for your wellbeing when you're feeling under the weather. When it's time to hit the sack later in the evening, apply a sleeping mask like the La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Sleep Mask to transform dull skin overnight. No exaggerating, this leave on night cream-like mask will give you smoother, plumper, more radiant skin in 8 hours. Nothing short of a miracle.

And of course, those over-styled strands need some love as well. Pun intended; Davines Love Hair Smoother helps to re-condition dry and frizzy hair the organic way with extracts of Olive from a farm in Sicily. Yes to that.
